Carrier SMS URLs:
AT&T:Â [insert 10-digit number]@txt.att.net
Verizon:Â [insert 10-digit number]@vtext.com
T-Mobile:Â [insert 10-digit number]@tmomail.net
Sprint:Â [insert 10-digit number]@messaging.sprintpcs.com
This system requires a cell phone number and knowledge of the carrier the number is associated with.
NOTE: Some User/Group features, such as Find Me Follow Me and Call Forwarding, may not be supported and cause this feature to behave incorrectly. If you notice any problems, give us a call at 844.611.6110 Opt 2 to troubleshoot.
Methods:
- Login to the Audian Portal.
- Click the 9 square button at the top right of the screen.
Click the Call Flows app icon.
- Click Call Flows.
- Locate the call flow from the list on the left.
- From the Advanced section on the right, drag and drop the Set Ringtone option into your call flow so that it is after the user.
- In the Emails text box, enter the Carrier SMS URL with the cell number that should be notified. You can also assign a User from the left to have emails sent to the email address associated with the user profile.
- Click Save.
- Add any additional settings to the call flow as needed.
- Click Save Changes at the top to make sure that the call flow changes are saved.
