  • Setup a distinctive ring using Callflows

This can be used in a callflow to change the ringetone used by devices downstream.  The user must input a correct ringtone name for their type of phone, identical to what is seen in the table below.

Methods:

  1. Login to the Audian Portal.
  2. Click the 9 square button at the top right of the screen.

  3. Click the Call Flows app icon.

  4. Click Call Flows.
  5. Locate the call flow from the list on the left.
  6. From the Advanced section on the right, drag and drop the Distinctive Ring option into your call flow.
  7. Enter the desired Ringtone Code from the index below based on the Manufacturer of your phone.
  8. Click Save.
  9. Complete the rest of your call flow, and then click Save changes.
