Ring Group Single Reject Option

This article will show you how to do the following:

  • Enable and Disable Single Failure Reject

If enabled, a call will be forcibly moved to the next action in the callflow if any user in the group rejects the call.

Methods:

  1. Login to the Audian Portal.
  2. Click the 9 square button at the top right of the screen.
  3. Click the Call Flows app icon.

  4. Click Call Flows.
  5. Select the Callflow from the list on the left.
  6. Double click the Ring group cell in the call flow.
  7. Toggle the Single Failure Reject option.
  8. Click Save on Ring Group window.
  9. Click Save Changes at the top of the callflow
