Description:

Phone issue can be caused by many things but can be easily broken down into 5 categories. The most common are listed top to bottom.

Internet Outage
- All phones will go down.
Power Outage
- All phones will go down.
Local Network
- Firewall: Settings on a firewall can block the phones from reaching out to the internet.
- Router: Settings on the router like SIP ALG can cause phone features and registration to fail.
Phone Hardware
- Like computers phones can have random issues and need to be turned off and back on to correct itself.
Audian Network
- No network is perfect but on the rare occasions the issue lies on back end.
