  • How to enable or disable Missed Call Alerts

Missed Call Alerts allows you to get an email notification if a caller hangs up before going to voicemail.

Methods:

  1. Login to the Audian Portal.
  2. Click the 9 square button at the top right of the screen.
  3. Click on the Smart PBX app.
  4. Click on Users on the left.
  5. Click the User Features field for the desired user.
  6. Click Missed Call Alert.

  7. Click the Disabled toggle switch to enable the feature.
  8. Click Save Changes.

  • Note: By default, Missed Call Alerts will go to the email address associated with the user. If alternate or additional email addresses need to be notified, please contact 611@audian.com.
