    • How to duplicate an existing callflow.

Methods:

  1. Login to the Audian Portal.
  2. Click the 9 square button at the top right of the screen.
  3. Click on Callflows, then click on Callflows once more.
  4. Click Callflows again.
  5. Select the desired callflow from the options on the left, and then click the Copy callflow button.
  6. A new callflow will be created that mirrors the original flow. Click the Edit icon at the top of the new callflow to name it.
  7. Enter a name of the new callflow, select any desired options, and then click Save.
  8. Next, click on the click to add number field, select the desired phone number from the available list or select Extension and add an Extension number, and then click Add.
  9. Once you have finished making all of the desired changes to the new callflow, click Save Changes at the top.
