The Voicemail Manager application is an easy way to manage multiple voicemail boxes on your account. You can listen to, delete, move and download voicemails from all of the various voicemail boxes on the account.

This article will show you how to do the following:

  • Downloading voicemails
  • Mass deleting of voicemails from the box
  • Move voicemail to other mailboxes

Methods:

 How To - Delete Voicemails
  1. Login to the Audian Portal
  2. Click the 9 square button at the top right of the screen.
  3. Select Voicemail Manager from the applications list.
  4. Click the dropdown menu and select the voicemail box you are looking for.
  5. Check the box next to each voicemail that you would like to delete.
  6. Click the Mark As button.
  7. Select Delete.
 How To - Move Voicemail to another user
  1. Login to the Audian Portal
  2. Click the 9 square button at the top right of the screen.
  3. Select Voicemail Manager from the applications list.
  4. Click the dropdown menu and select the voicemail box you are looking for.
  5. Check the box next to the voicemail you would like to delete.
  6. Click the Move To button.
  7. Select the voicemail box that you would like the message moved to.
  8. The message has been moved.


 How To - Download Voicemail
  1. Login to the Audian Portal
  2. Click the 9 square button at the top right of the screen.
  3. Select Voicemail Manager from the applications list.
  4. Click the dropdown menu and select the voicemail box you are looking for.
  5. Locate the voicemail that you would like to download.
  6. Click the Download icon next to the voicemail that you want to download.
