Audian User Portal - Email alerts settings

This article will show you how to do the following.

  • Enable/Disable or Change the recipient for Email alerts

Methods:

  1. Login to the Audian Portal.
  2. Click the 9 square button at the top right of the screen.
  3. Click Audian User Portal.

  4. Click Settings on the left at the bottom.
  5. Under the Voicemail Settings section,
    • Check the box for Send voicemail to email.
    • Add or Edit the Email address for the notifications to be sent to.
    • Add or Edit Voicemail PIN
  6. Click Save Changes.
