This article will show you how to do the following:
- How to transfer calls to other users internally, to Parking spots or to External numbers
Methods:
- While on an active call. Click the Menu icon.
- Alternately, you can press the Transfer button on the active call window.
- Select Transfer from the drop down menu.
- Select the desired Parking Spot/User to transfer the call to or to transfer the call to an outside line, click the search field at the top, and then enter the desired phone number.
- Click Blind Transfer to send the call over without talking to the receiving party, or click Attended transfer to speak with the receiving party prior to completing the transfer.
- If Attended transfer was selected, you will see the new call appear below the original call. Click Transfer to finish the call or click Merge to create a 3 party call.
