This article will show you how to do the following:

  • How to make a call by dialing a phone number or calling from Contact list

Methods:

  1. Enter the phone number in the Search or Call box at the top or click the Number pad icon and dial the phone number, and then click the Dial button.
  2. To call an internal contact/user, click the users name, and then click the Dial button.
    • Note: On a Windows PC, you can right click the user's name and select Dial.
