Methods:

We offer a 1 year limited warranty on all equipment purchased from Audian. If we find that the hardware has failed due to a defect we will replace it.

  1. Locate the MAC Address of the device, this will be listed on the back of the device. It is a 12 digit code with a mix of letters and numbers. (Example: 0004F5XXXXXX or 00:04:F5:XX:XX:XX)
  2. Send an email with the equipment MAC Address, and a short description of the issue to 611@audian.com.
  3. If we are not able to resolve the issue, you may drop off the equipment with us or mail it in to us for replacement.
