How To - Assign Devices in Call Center

This article will show you how to do the following:

  • Assign which device is rang by the call queue, if user has multiple devices

Methods:

  1. Login to the Audian Portal.
  2. Click the 9 square button at the top right of the screen.
  3. Select Call Center Basic from the applications list.
  4. Click the Phone icon at the top right of the page.

  5. Click the Default Answering Device drop down menu.
  6. Select the default device from the list of available devices.

    • Note: Select All is the default option and will ring all devices that are currently registered to the user.
