How To - Add Agents to the Call Center

This article will show you how to do the following:

  • Add a user as an agent in the Call Center

Methods:

  1. Login to the Audian Portal.
  2. Click the 9 square button at the top right of the screen.
  3. Select the Call Center Basic application.
  4. Select the Members icon from the left.

  5. Click the Manage Members button.

  6. Select the users to be added to this call queue, and then click Add as Members.

  7. The agents have been added to the call queue, to remove an agent, select them, and then click the Remove Members button.
