Audian User Portal - Devices


This article will show you how to manage settings on the phones associated with the user logged into the portal.

  • Verify Phone Registration
  • View Phone Details
  • Manage User Feature Keys


  1. Login to the Audian Portal.
  2. Click the 9 square button at the top right of the screen.
  3. Select Audian User Portal from the applications list.
  4. Click Devices on the left.

  5. Click the gear next to the device you would like to update.

    • Note: A green icon indicates that the device is registered, a red icon indicates that it is not. Cell Phone devices will always show as "Unregistered" and can only be edited in the SmartPBX application.

  6. Set the Feature Keys to one of the following options.
    1. None: Empty
    2. Presence: Allows you to see if the selected user is on the phone. 
    3. Parking: Parks allow you to put a call on hold and allow another user to pick up the call.
    4. Personal Parking: Parking spot, but only seen and retrievable by user.
    5. Speed Dial: Allows you to put a custom number to auto dial outside of the Audian phone network.
  7. Press Save and Reset or Save Changes to apply the feature.
