Description:

Ensure your outbound business calls are answered and reduce the likelihood of your calls being screened with Dynamic Caller ID. This application allows you to set unique rules that modify the caller ID display based on the outgoing phone in just three easy steps.

Methods:

    • Feature Code allows you to enable the dynamic caller ID any time a feature code is dialed prior to dialing the phone number. (Example: dialing *555, 18446116110)
    • Area Code matching allows you to set up a rule so that any time a number in the specified area code is dialed they would see the selected number displayed.
    • Regular Expression (RegEx) allows you to set up a rule that will only take effect if a specific number or block of numbers is dialed. (Example: Setting RegEx to 42555512** would cause any number that has that in it to see the desired Caller ID info.
