Audian User Features - SPBX

Description:

This article will show you how to do the following:

  • Enable and disable features on a users profile

Features:

Caller ID: User level Caller ID allows you to set specific numbers to be shown when that user makes an outbound call. This will override the main account level Caller ID settings.

Call Forwarding: This feature allows you to have any calls that would normally ring a user be forwarded to another user or outside telephone number.

Hot-Desking: Hot desking allows customers to virtually move their phone to another station at any time. This feature is incredibly useful for offices which have mobile employees, where there are more employees than desks.

Missed Call Alert: The Missed Call Alerts feature allows you to setup an email or SMS  alert when a call comes in, but a Voicemail is not left.

Voicemail Box: Standard Voicemail box, one is created for each user when setup. Can change PIN and the email address that is notified when a voicemail is left.

Faxbox: This is the users personal Faxbox, this is separate from the main company fax number.

Conference Bridge: Personal user level conference bridge to allow 3 or more callers to be on the same call.

Find me, Follow me: This feature allows users to have the system ring different devices in a set order in order for a call to be delivered.

Music-On-Hold: User level hold music, can get different than the company hold music.

Customized Call Recording: If account level call recording is enabled, this feature allows you to set what calls are recorded for this particular user.

Do Not Disturb: Do Not Disturb will forward all calls directly to the voicemail box for that user without ringing any device.
