Methods:

  1. Disable SIP ALG/Normalization/Transformation.
  2. Verify that NAT Binding/Keep-Alive packets are not blocked, but if they are and there is no option to enable, then set the phone's UDP session timeout to 300 seconds.
  3. Setup outbound rules to allow connections to Audian's server See Article: Server information

    3. Phone Configuration Servers
    4. Phone DNS & Time Servers
    5. WAN Ping Server
