This article will show you how to do the following:

  • View the configuration file for a device

Before the config file will generate the device will need to be assigned to a user

Method:

  1. Login to the Audian Portal.
  2. Click the 9 square button at the top right of the screen.
  3. Click on the Smart PBX app.
  4. Click Devices on the left.
  5. Click the Edit icon

  6. Click Config File button.

  7. A new tab will open showing the full configuration file for that device.

    • Note: If a '404/File not found' error is returned close the tab, and then click Save Changes for that device. Click Edit again and the Config File should then be displayed.


 Manual method
  1. Navigate to http://q.audian.com/p/MAC-reg.cfg
    1. http://q.audian.com/p/0004f218f0cf-reg.cfg is an example.
  2. If you get "Lost my Pie" Or "HTTP Error 500" It is broken.
