Here you will find information about configuring QOS settings for your network. 

Most current generation networking devices will have a SIP ALG setting, if you are having problems with call quality, enabling/disabling this setting can help. 

IP Addresses to be White Listed for all equipment/networks. Due to NAT, all ports should be opened/whitelisted as phones will randomize the port used.
