How To - Statically Assign NTP Server (Portal)

This article will show you how to do the following:

• Setup a static NTP server address via the portal to resolve time issues on phones.

1. Login to the Audian Portal

2. Click the Account Name at the top right.

3. Click Provisioning.
   

4. Enter a NTP address in the Custom NTP Server field.

   1. Default: 216.231.41.2

   Open

   

5. Click Save Changes.
