This article will show you how to do the following.

  • Find the MAC and IP addresses for Polycom, Yealink and Cisco devices.

Methods:

 Polycom

VVX Series

  1. Press the Home button on the right of the phone.
  2. Scroll to and select Settings.
    • On some VVX phones you will need to scroll right to the 3rd page to find it.
  3. Press 4-1-1 to get to the Phone page.
  4. Scroll down to find:
    1. MAC address is labeled as S/N number.
    2. IP address is labeled as IPv4.

IP Series

  1. Press the Menu button.
  2. Press 2-2-1 to get to the Phone page.
  3. Scroll down to find:
    1. MAC address is labeled as S/N number.
    2. IP address is labeled as IPv4.

CCX Series

  1. Tap Menu at the bottom of the screen.
  2. Tap Settings 
  3. Tap Device Settings  
  4. Tap About 
 Yealink
  1. While idle, press the OK button.
  2. The IPv4 and MAC addresses will be listed on screen.
 Cisco

How to find the IP Address

  1. Press the Menu button.

  2. Scroll down to Network.

How to find the MAC Address

  1. Press the Menu button.
  2. Scroll to and select the Settings option.
  3. Scroll to and select the Network Configuration option.
  4. Scroll down to find MAC Address.
