This article will show you how to do the following.
- Verify that a phone is registered
Methods:
Only users with administrator privileges have access to the steps below.
- Login to the Audian Portal.
- Click the 9 square button at the top right of the screen.
- Click on the Smart PBX app.
- Click Devices on the left.
- The devices will be listed on the left side.
- Red: Phone is unregistered.
- Green: Phone is registered.
Steps if not registered:
- Reboot the phone, unplug any power or Ethernet cables for 5-10 seconds.
- Verify cables are plugged in and where they go.
- Check phone for IP address. (See Article: How To - Find MAC or IP Address on Phones)
- If IP address is found, start a remote session, log into that IP address.
- Check the provisioning URL for the device is the correct one for the company. (See Article: /wiki/spaces/SUPD/pages/1578081)
