Share a Windows PC's WiFi connection to a VOIP phone via Ethernet cable

This is not a recommended method of getting internet to a phone, but if the phone is not WiFi capable it is a good work around until an adaptor can be gotten for the phone or a WiFi capable phone is assigned to the user.

Go to the Start menu, type Control Panel and hit Enter.
From the Control Panel window, click Network and Internet.
Next, click on Network and Sharing Center.
