  • Verify if the Audian portal is down.

Method:

  1. Walk the customer through checking the DNS with nslookup portal.audian.com in command line, then have them navigate to the links below.
  2. From the Windows command prompt, enter nslookup. Enter the URL that is being looked up, portal.audian.com
  3. Browse to: http://downforeveryoneorjustme.com/portal.audian.com
  4. Browse to: https://api.audian.com:8443/
    • If a Kazoo comes up then the portal is working.
