Methods:

 How To - Setup Account Level Hold Music
  1. Login to the Audian Portal.
  2. Click the 9 square button at the top right of the screen.
  3. Select Smart PBX from the apps list.
  4. Click the Hold Music button.
  5. Click Upload and select any music files you have.
  6. Click Save Changes.
 How To - Setup Personal User Hold Music
  1. Login to the Audian Portal
  2. Click the 9 square button at the top right of the screen.
  3. Select Smart PBX from the apps list.
  4. Click Users on the left.
  5. Locate the user and click the User Feature section.
  6. Click the Music-On-Hold.

  7. Set the User Music-On-Hold Settings toggle to Enabled.
  8. Click Upload.
    1. Click the drop down and select a hold music already uploaded.
  9. Click Browse, select the MP3 file you would like to upload from your computer.
  10. Press the green Upload button.
  11. Click Save Changes.
