Set Custom VLAN settings

Description:

This article will show you how to do the following.

  • Change the VLAN settings for a device.

Methods:

  1. Login to the Audian Portal.
  2. Click the 9 square button at the top right of the screen.
  3. Select SmartPBX from the applications list, if it is not set as the default.

  4. Select Devices from the left.

  5. Click the Edit icon for the preferred device.

  6. Click Advanced at the top, and then select Network Settings.
  7. Set Enable Custom VLAN to On, in the VLAN Id enter the custom VLAN information, and then click Save and Restart.
