  • How to utilize the online chat support tool on the Audian site.

Methods:

  1. Click the Chat icon at the bottom of the screen.
  2. Type a question in the Write a reply field and hit Enter.
  3. To end the chat session, email a copy of the transcript, enable sounds & pop out windows or change your name, click the Menu icon in the top right corner.
  4. Select the preferred option.
