Attendant Calls

Calling an extension causes another phone to ring.

  1. On phone go to settings and select Basic.

  2. Scroll down to Ring Type and set Attendant Calls to Silent Ring.

Unassigned Device

Device shows proper date/time but unassigned for user

In Smart PBX, make sure that user has an extension assigned.
