  • Add an user to the Call Center Pro members list

Methods:

This step is for adding Users from your existing users list to the member pool for Call Center Pro. These members are then available to be assigned to specific Queues as needed.

  1. Login to the Audian Portal.
  2. Click the 9 square button at the top right of the screen.
  3. Select the Call Center Pro application.
  4. Click the Members icon on the left of the screen.
  5. Click Manage Members.
  6. Select the desired users, and then click Add as Members.
