How To - View Agent Performance

This article will show you how to do the following:

  • View, Compare, Download and Print Agent performance reports

Methods:

  1. Login to the Audian Portal.
  2. Click the 9 square button at the top right of the screen.
  3. Select the Call Center Pro application.
  4. Click the Performance icon on the left.

  5. Select the desired Agent, Queue and Duration.
  6. Click Add Row to add another agent to compare.
  7. Clicking the Download or Print buttons will download a spreadsheet file or allow you to select the printer to print to.
