This article will show you how to do the following:
- View, Compare, Download and Print Agent performance reports
Methods:
- Login to the Audian Portal.
- Click the 9 square button at the top right of the screen.
- Select the Call Center Pro application.
- Click the Performance icon on the left.
- Select the desired Agent, Queue and Duration.
- Click Add Row to add another agent to compare.
- Clicking the Download or Print buttons will download a spreadsheet file or allow you to select the printer to print to.
