How To - Setup Account Level Caller ID

  • Set the outbound Caller ID Name and E911 address

Methods:

  1. Login to the Audian Portal.
  2. Click the 9 square button at the top right of the screen.
  3. Select Smart PBX from the application list.
  4. Click Caller ID at the top of the page.
  5. Select a telephone number to be shown from the Company Caller ID number drop-down box.
  6. Type in the name you would like displayed on outbound calls in the Company Caller ID name field.
    • Note: Limited to 15 characters, including spaces.
  7. Enter the address of the primary location on the account for 911 call purposes.
  8. Click Save Changes at the bottom.
