This article will show you how to do the following.
- Add a PBX to your account.
- Verify PBX Credentials.
- Test your PBX System
Methods:
 Current Platform
- Login to the Audian Portal
- Click on the Apps button in the top right of the screen.
- Click PBX Connector.
- If a PBX is already setup on the account and a new one needs to be added, click Add PBX at the bottom right. Otherwise, skip to the next step.
- Select your PBX System.
- Name the PBX System.
- Select if your IP is static or not.
- If YesÂ
- Enter in the Static IPv4, IPv6 and Static Port
- If NoÂ
- Enter in your username and password.
- Click Next
- Set the Invite Format
- Turn Compatibility ON or OFF
- Click Submit
- If YesÂ
 Legacy
- Log into the Audian Portal.Â
- Click PBX Connector.
- Click Add Server.
- Select the PBX Manufacture that matches your PBX.
- Fill in the following.
- Create a Username
- Create a Password
- This PBX will be known as (Name)
- Click Save
 PBX Installation Checklist
Use this checklist to test your newly installed PBX system.
- Make outbound call to a line outside Audian's network.
- Verify dial tone
- Verify ring back
- Verify two way audio
- Put call on hold, verify hold music and retrieval from hold
- Make inbound call
- Verify dial tone
- Verify ring back
- Verify two way audio
- Put call on hold, verify hold music and retrieval from hold
- Dial 811 to test 911
- The number read back to you should be the E911 caller ID.
