One Touch Transfers via BLF Buttons

This article will show you how to do the following:

  • How to enable the One Touch Transfer feature for the VVX series of Polycom phones.

Methods:

  1. Login to the Audian Portal.
  2. Click the 9 square button at the top right of the screen.
  3. Select Smart PBX from the application list.
  4. Select Devices from the options on the left.
  5. Click the Edit/Wrench icon for the desired device
  6. Select Advanced at the top, and then click Miscellaneous.
  7. For One Touch Transfers to work, Set Blind Transfer as Default must be enabled.
  8. Check the box for the desired features:
    • One-Touch Speed Dial Transfers Override: This is used for just outside lines that are setup as speed dial buttons. When pressed the active call will be immediately sent to the number assigned to that button, but does NOT effect buttons setup for users Extensions.
    • Enable One-Touch Transfers:  This is used to enable the one touch transfer to users extensions. If this is enabled and a button assigned to another extension is pressed the call will be immediately sent to that user without talking to them first.
  9. Because this is a configuration change, you will need to click Save and Restart for the changes to take effect.
