One Button Transfers - Polycom VVX Series phones

This article will show you how to do the following:

• Enabling One Button transfer on Polycom devices

For one button transfers to be enabled on a Polycom device, you will also need to make sure that that device has Set Blind Transfer as Default enabled as well. This is done from the same menu.

1. Login to the Audian Portal.

2. Click the 9 square button at the top right of the screen.

   • Open

     

3. Click on the Smart PBX app.

   • Open

     

4. Click Devices on the left.

   • Open

     

5. Click the Edit icon for the device.

   • Open

     

6. First click Advanced at the top, and then select Miscellaneous.

   • Open

     

7. Next, enable Set Blind Transfer as default, One-Touch Speed Dial Transfers Override (VVX Only) and Enable One-Touch Transfers (VVX Only)

   . In most use cases, all three of these options would be checked.

8. Finally, click Save and Restart.
