Description:

Doing this will allow you to update your configuration on the phone. This is useful when making changes or troubleshooting a Polycom device.


Method:

  1. Press the Home button.
  2. Scroll to and select Settings.
  3. Scroll to and select Basic Settings.
  4. Scroll to and select  Update Configuration.
