This article will show you how to do the following.

  • Factory reset a Yealink T series phone

Methods:

  1. From the Idle screen, hold the OK button on the phone.
  2. When prompted, press OK again to reset the device to factory default settings.
  3. After phone resets and loads config files, user will be prompted for last 5 digits of the SN (Located above MAC address on sticker, all numeric).
