This article will show you how to do the following:

  • How to unpair/deregister a handset from a base in case of lost/broken handset

Methods:

  1. From the Idle screen, press the OK button. 
  2. Scroll to and select Settings.
  3. Scroll to Registration and press the OK button.
  4. Select De-reg Handset.
  5. Enter the PIN 0000 and press the OK button.
  6. Select the desired handset to De-register, and press the OK button.
  7. Confirm by pressing the Yes softkey.
