How To: Enable/Disable Yealink Device Buttons (DND & Callforward)

This article will show you how to do the following:

  • Enable/Disable Call Forward Button on the device
  • Enable/Disable DND Button on the device

These toggles will remove the buttons from the devices via account-wide or specific devices.

Methods:

 Account Level

These settings will apply to all devices under the account.

  1. While logged in click the Account Settings button.
  2. Click Provisioning
  3. Toggle the Yeahlink Device Settings.
 Device Level

These settings will apply to the specific device you enable the features on.

  1. While in Smart PBX click on Devices.
  2. Click the edit icon for the Yealink device.
  3. Click the Advanced dropdown and select Miscellaneously
  4. Toggle the features.
