Method:

  1. Navigate to the IP address for the users phone in any web browser.
  2. Click the Settings tab.
  3. Click Time & Date on the left.
  4. Set the Time Zone to the correct setting for the account.
  5. Set the Location to the time zone as well.
  6. Click Confirm and the phone should update without a reboot.
