This article will show you how to do the following:

  • Send faxes using the Fax Manager application
  • Total max files and or single file size is 15MB
  • Page Limit: 50 Pages
  • File type MUST be .PDF or .TIF
  • Files must be in Black and White, no greyscale or color. 

Methods:

  1. Login to the Audian Portal.
  2. Click the 9 square button at the top right of the screen.
  3. Select the Fax Manager application.

  4. Select Outbound Faxes at the top, and then select the Fax Box to send the fax from via the dropdown menu.
  5. Click the Send a Fax button in the upper right side of the page.

  6. Enter the destination phone number, if a cover page is desired, click the Create Cover Page toggle switch to On.

  7. Click the Upload PDF button and attach the preferred document.

  8. Enter the Sender and Receiver names, attach all of the documents, and then click the Preview Fax button.

  9. Preview the current fax, the estimated time to send will be displayed, and then click Send.
