This article will show you how to do the following:

  • How to Park and Retrieve calls from Parking spots

Note: Calls that are placed on park, will be parked for 120 seconds (Default) before calling the parking party back.

Methods:

  1. While on an active call, tap the Home button, and then tap Park icon at the bottom.
  2. To retrieve a call from park, tap the Park option at the bottom of the screen OR dial *3x (x= parking spot #. i.e Park 1 = *31, Park 2 = *32, etc.)
