  • How to Enable and Disable the Call Forwarding feature of the phone

Methods:

To Enable Call Forwarding:

  1. From the Home/Idle Screen, tap the Menu icon.
  2. Tap Forward.
  3. Select the type of forwarding, (Always, No Answer or Busy).
  4. Enter in the Extension or Phone number that calls will be forwarded to and tap the green Checkmark icon.
  5. Now, tap Enable at the bottom of the screen to turn Call forwarding on. An icon will appear at the top right corner of the screen to indicate that call forwarding is turned on.

To Disable Call Forwarding:

  1. To Disable call forwarding, tap the Call Forward icon at the top right of the screen, OR from the Home/Idle Screen, tap the Menu icon and then tap Forward.
  2. Tap the option that shows Enabled.
  3. Tap the down arrow at the bottom of the screen.
  4. Tap Disable at the bottom of the screen.
