This article will show you how to do the following:

  • Setup call forwarding

Methods:

  1. From the idle screen, tap the Menu icon.
  2. Tap Features,
  3. Tap Call Forward.
  4. Tap the desired forwarding type.
    • Always: Forwards all incoming calls.
    • No Answer: Forwards all unanswered incoming calls. ( Will prompt you to select the # of rings before a call is transferred)
    • Busy: Forwards all incoming calls while you're in a call.
  5. Tap On or Off to enable or disable forwarding.
  6. Tap the Forward To: field and enter the desired phone number or extension for the calls to be forwarded to.
  7. Tap the Save icon.
