Methods:

From the idle screen, tap the Menu icon.
Select Features, by pressing 2 or using the Arrow keys, and then pressing the Enter softkey.
Select Call Forward, by pressing 1 or pressing the Enter softkey..
Select the desired forwarding type.
- Press 1 for Always: Forwards all incoming calls.
- Press 2 for No Answer: Forwards all unanswered incoming calls. ( Will prompt you to select the # of rings before a call is transferred)
- Press 3 for Busy: Forwards all incoming calls while you're in a call.
Press 1 to Enable or Disable the forwarding option.
Press 2 to enter the desired phone number or extension for the calls to be forwarded to.
Tap the Save softkey.
