This article will show you how to do the following.

  • Set Fax number and configure email notifications.

Methods:

  1. Login to the Audian Portal.
  2. Click the 9 square button at the top right of the screen.
  3. Click on the Smart PBX app.
  4. Select Main Number from the left.

  5. Click Main Faxbox Number.

  6. Assign a number from Spare or Buy a number as needed.

  7. Select from the numbers available, and then click Add selected numbers.

  8. Assign an email address as the primary notification, and then click Save Changes.

    • Note: Once set, clicking Edit Faxbox will allow you to change the email address assigned.
