AO - How To Create A Device

Navigate to the Setup page.

Click on Step 3

1. Steps 1 and 2 must be completed and the account cannot be locked.

2. If you need to add users and the account is locked then contact the Audian Support Team.

In step 3 click on the User Import button.

Fill out the form

Select a User (Optional)

Select a Location (Optional)

If you want to auto generate the name of the device wait until the last step.

1. This will take all the information from the form and create the name for you.

Now select the device type

1. Desk Phone

2. Softphone

3. Fax

Click the Auto Generate button for the name or skip this step.

Click Create Device.
