This article will show you how to do the following.

  • How to enable or disable Missed Call Alerts

Missed Call Alerts allows you to get an email notification if a caller hangs up before going to voicemail.

Methods:

  1. Login to the Audian Portal.
  2. Click the 9 square button at the top right of the screen.
  3. Click on the Smart PBX app.
  4. Click on Users on the left.
  5. Click the User Features field.
  6. Click Missed Call Alert

  7. Click the toggle button to enable the feature.
    1. Missed Call Alert allows users to receive an email notification for unanswered inbound calls that originate from outside the system and do not result in a voicemail message.

    2. If a call is forwarded to an external device, such as a cell phone, the Missed Call Alert will not be triggered as we have no indication of whether the call was answered.

  8. Press the Save button.
