This article will show you how to setup call handling for incoming calls to your main number.

Step By Step:


  1. How To - Log Into The Audian Portal 2.0
  2. Click the Apps icon at the top right.
  3. Click Smart PBX
  4. Click the Main Number tab on the left.
  5. Click Incoming Call Handling.
  6. Select one of the Hours tabs.
    1. Open Hours
    2. Lunch Hours
    3. After Hours
    4. Holidays
  7. Choose from one of the 3 options of how you would like the call flow to work.

  8. Click Save Changes
