This article will show you how to do the following:

  • Log in and view the Operator console

Methods:

  1. Login to the Audian Portal.
  2. Click the 9 square button at the top right of the screen.
  3. Select Operator Console from the applications list.

  4. From here you are able to see the status of all agents/users and if they are on an active call or not.
