Hot Desking allows customers to virtually move their phone to another station at any time. This feature is incredibly useful for companies that have employees working in multiple offices, or offices where there are more employees than desks.

This article will show you how to do the following.

  • Setup Hot Desking for a user
  • Star ( * ) codes for logging in and out of phones

  1. Login to the Audian Portal
  2. Click the 9 square button at the top right of the screen.
  3. Click on the Smart PBX app.
  4. Click Users.

  5. Click the User Features field.
  6. Click the Hot Desking feature.

  7. Click the Disabled toggle switch to Enable.

  8. Assign a 4+ digit Hot Seat ID for this user.
  9. Enable options as preferred.

  10. Click Save Changes.
